I got my summer issue of Prims Magazine in the mail! I just love the photo's they did of my Little garden fairies and Yoko the fly! It's an awesome issue with lots of very talented artists! I'm so lucky and overjoyed to be featured again!

Sometimes, I just wonder where in my mind some ideas come from. This one just crept up on me. I think I was hungry...odd thing I don't like pumpkin pie. LOL,  I'm a Lemon Meringue girl. Yummy! But just my Mom's.
But, I do love a creepy pumpkin guy any time of the year.

He's a great little piece I just love how he came to life and is pulling himself out of that pie. :)

I love vintage Halloween postcards, My favorites are of the little witches dressed in red sitting on pumpkins. They have inspired this new collection of Postcard witches. I hope you like them as much as I do. :)

Spiders and more spiders, I was on a little spider kick last week. I'd get one done and another one had to be made. I am in love with them. I can't decide which one is my favorite yet. I also finished a new whale. He's a cutie. They are all available in my etsy shop.

Well, the dog days of summer have ended and the cool breeze of fall is here! Thank goodness! I was tired of the heat this year...I'm so ready for snuggling up with a quilt and sipping some hot chocolate!

I've been pretty busy over the last few days with orders and finishing up the last few goodies for this years fall items. Oct. 10th will be my last day to push out a few new goodies that popped into my head at the last moment. Next year I think I'll start in June making all the fall items!

I do have a head start on  Christmas 2012 and winter 2013. I have a couple of cuties for Valentines day...I know February right....Sometimes the ideas come at the oddest times.  I can't wait for these new dolls.

Well, I finished some new goodies over the weekend and got a couple of them listed yesterday. I feel like I'm so behind...Anyways, Ms. Chicken Little made her debut today! She's a little different than my other birds..She has a cute little dress and fabric legs. And for Halloween I finished up Wicked Wanda and her broomstick. I'm really pleased at how she came out and the first of the Christmas ornaments. Sam the snowman. (pics coming soon!) :) Look for a large version of Sam coming in September.

Just listed my newest bat! I don't know is it a pumpkin or a bat??? I'm so excited I''m going to be busy today..3 new designs and some New Snowman ornaments! I'm hoping to have them ready by Monday! Fingers crossed!

Well, atleast this weekend I did. All my new goodies are in one form or another bats. They are all just a little quirky. I also finished up that clown...He was really hard to do since I could only work on him when Paige was assleep. Now he's locked up in a box waiting patiently for some one to adopt him. He'll be listed on Lemon Poppy seeds Halloween Shoppes later today! Here's a little sneaky peek.....

Kavida is just the cutest little vampire bat. She was so much fun.....but, there will only be this one..she will have a  sister and a couple wicked cousins.
Halloween wouldn't be complete without candy corn! Even little crows eat to much of it! This is what happens when you eat too much!

Oh, Thank goodness it's Friday.....It has been a long hot week. And to top everything off my computer bit the big one over the weekend. Thankfully I was able to get most of the important goodies off her before she went.


I just finished up a couple of new goodies yesterday! They are in my etsy shop.

Meet Audrey... She is just the cutest little plant from outer space. Over the weekend my daughter Ema watched Little Shop of Horrors over, over and over. So of course it was going through my head over and over....and this is what happens! LOL But, she was a blast to make! So it all works out.

Well, I don't know but I sure gave her a try......She is my new Fav :) She is available now.....

I worked on a bunch of new designs over the weekend...Lot's of new goodies coming in the next two weeks. I've got a little bit everything, bugs, farm, Halloween, kitties, and of course birds. So visit us often...I'll be listing them as I get them done!

For 90% of the day I thought it was Thursday...So that should tell ya about today! Busy! Finished up orders and out they went....Sketched out my doll for the year....I always make myself one special doll a year. I'm really excited about this years doll. Tore out the muslin for a little Halloween doll that will be available soon..and I finished that darn frog's legs and arms! I'll have photos of her tomorrow! I really like her...But if it's halloween You know I'm gonna like it.

The only thing I messed up tonight is Dinner...LOL Really it wasn't my fault....I wanted to grill hamburgers ...I didn't know that the gauge is broken so I had enough gas to grill one side of them! So I had to take them in and pan fry them! I'm not a real big fan of dried hamburgers and that's what I got. Lesson I learned ...When the little needle is on the edge of the green ...fill the tank. At least it wasn't steaks or chicken!!! Oh well it was a nice little laugh for the kids!!!

Well, I just finished 2 custom orders and started a new little project for Fall.. and Skat Cat all she needs is whiskers! I know it seems like I started her forever ago....But, I didn't like the first few so of course they are gone! But, I'm really pleased with this one!
